When your package arrives, please take a few moments to inspect the items to be sure they have arrived in perfect shape. If it appears that any items have received damage in transit, please let as know so that we can make arrangements for either a replacement item or a refund. We do indeed accept returns on unopened merchandise if you change your mind about an item within 10 days of receipt. Simply save your packaging materials, send us an email or give us a call at 412-487-7411 to let us know to expect it and a refund will be promptly issued upon our receipt of the item. We here at Clarion House Collectibles take our customers' security and privacy quite seriously. Our online gateway is managed by Authorize.Net, one of the most trusted names on the web today. Our merchant account is with PNC Merchant Services, a service provided by our own personal bank of 30+ years, with whom we've undergone a complete (and rather exhaustive) background check and verification. Little Coon Creek Patterns & Crafts is our parent company and your billing statement will reflect the parent company name. Please be sure that the address field begins with https before entering your credit card information on this site, or for that matter, on any other site on the web. And be sure to never send credit card information through email! Clarion House Collectibles retains transaction related information (name, shipping address, email address...) however, we do not retain credit card information. Authorize.Net and PNC Merchant Services do indeed retain credit card information for an indefinite period of time. Please visit the PayPal homepage to read PayPal's privacy policy. Yuck, we don't like spam email either! Other than correspondence relating to a particular transaction, you will not recieve advertising emails from Clarion House Collectibles. We don't send out newsletters and we don't maintain a mailing list. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties. And if you would like to order but would prefer not to enter your card information on the web, give us a call at the shop at 412-487-7411. We can also process your credit card payment through a terminal which uses the telephone line.
