New with tag, cute little shade from Darice measures 5 inches high and a tad over 5 1/2 inches in diameter at the base of the shade.
Underneath the fabric is a sturdy metal frame. There isn't any fabric description on the tag so I'll do my best here. Please keep in mind that colors and brightness of photos may vary when viewed on different systems. The manufacturer calls this shade cream. Could be. Maybe an ivory or darker antique white. The damask fabric has great old-fashioned look about it with small variations every so often in the width of the warp. The satiny swirls resemble wispy vines and leaves. The shade is fully lined with a white fabric that I'm guessing is polyester.
This shade is manufactured as an accessory to Darice Candle Lamp #6203-03 but will fit other candle lamps. Although the wire clip on this is large enough to accommodate a chandelier bulb, for proper safety using this shade with a bulb higher than 7 watts is not recommended.
