New with tag, cute little shade from Darice measures 5" high and a tad over 5 1/2" in diameter at the base of the shade.
Underneath the fabric is a sturdy metal frame. There isn't any fabric description on the tag so I'll do my best here. Please keep in mind that colors and brightness of photos may vary when viewed on different systems. The manufacturer calls this an animal print. It's most likely a polyester fabric. The background is light brown and on top of that is a medium to dark brown assortment of spots and lines that resemble a wrinkled animal hide. The fabric has a tiny bit of nap; it feels ever so slightly fuzzy and raised. The shade is fully lined with a white fabric that I'm guessing is polyester.
This shade is manufactured as an accessory to Darice Candle Lamp #6203-03 but will fit other candle lamps. Although the wire clip on this is large enough to accommodate a chandelier bulb, for proper safety using this shade with a bulb higher than 7 watts is not recommended.
