Foamies brand hang tags from Darice. These colorful hang tags measure about 3 1/4" by 1 3/4" and are made from flexible sheet foam approximately 2mm thick. These have the makings of a fun project for the kiddies.
The tags come unembellished as shown. You'll have to provide the glue, glitter, paint, etc. Oh, and you'll have to provide the kids too. (Sorry, I'd give you my own children for the afternoon but children cost way too much to ship. Besides that, you'd probably want to give my children back to me when you're done with them and I don't accept returns on used children.) ;-)
