Very rusty 9mm jingle bells (about 3/8 of an inch), always a handy item to have around for primitive crafting projects. These are genuinely rusty! There's a fair amount of rusty residue in the bag and these will indeed shed a bit of rusty dust if they'll be sewn onto fabric items.
There's no fancy packaging on these -- the bells come in a plain little 3 1/2-inch square plastic bag as shown with 144 bells to each package.
