Strawberry blonde curly hair for dolls measures 13mm (about 1/2 inch) in diameter. This hair is made of superlong fine synthetic filaments which are set into a permanent curl. Just snip off the lengths you need and glue or stitch to your project.
Please keep in mind that colors in photographs can vary when viewed on different systems. This color is called Strawberry Blonde. It's a light yellow color with a red or pinkish tone to it.
The curly strawberry blonde doll hair comes packaged as shown with 4 ounces to a package, a Darice product.
Crafters Tip -- Back in the 80's when I first started doing craft shows, a friend of mine Lois (whom I bumped into at a show recently, Hi Lois!) used this product (or a similar one) on one of her dolls. I used it too but when the strands were too long, the curls would droop a bit. Lois's dolls' hair was always perfect.
Now Lois is a beautiful lady and has a bit of a drawl that some of us Western Pennsylvanians tend to forget we have, myself included. One day I asked her, "Lois, how do you get your doll hair to stay in place?"
Lois answered me without hesitation, "Ha-yer spray!" Ever since then, I keep an can of unscented Aqua net hair spray around just in case I need it for this curly doll hair.
