For displaying candles, fixins and other decorative items, this oval tray measures about 15 1/2 inches from end to end, 5 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep.
These repro bowls and trays are made from a wood and resin compound. The finish is rough to the touch. This particular dish has a dark browned-burgundy finish but it's thin in places and sanded in other places permitting the darker undercoat to show through. Any nicks, chips, dents and other imperfections are intentional and part of the rustic charm of the piece.
This dish is decorative only and not intended (or safe) for use with food. I've found that the best way to clean and dust these compound pieces is with a damp cloth.
This oval tray comes new with tag from The Hearthside Collection. Made in China.
