Lovely sparkly ribbon for holiday florals, wreaths and other decorating projects.
This ribbon has wired edges trimmed with goldtone thread. The poinsettia and holly print design is done on an off-white sheer background and the designs are highlighted around the edges with gold glitter.
There is indeed a right side to this ribbon although the difference between the right and flip sides isn't a big one -- the poinsettias are a bit deeper red on the right side and the gold glitter still shows through to the wrong side even it's it's not so glittery. If your project allows the wrong side of this ribbon to show the difference would probably go unnoticed.
The ribbon measures 2 1/2 inches wide and the tag on the spool reads that it's 100 per cent nylon although I've been using the same ribbon in a slightly different size and that tag indicates that the ribbon is a nylon-polyester blend. Anyhoo, it's a very lovely ribbon with an elegant and traditional look.
This sheer glittered poinsettia print wired ribbon comes new on the spool as shown from Darice with 50 yards to the spool.
