The manufacturer calls this one a rusty galvanized bucket with handles. I'd be more inclined to call it a small wash tub but hey.
Regardless of what the actual item is, it's very rusty and grungy for sure. The bucket is created from fairly solid sheet metal -- perhaps either a heavy tin or lightweight steel. It's lighter weight than a common galvanized bucket yet heavier than typical rusty tin. Part of the surface is genuinely rusted and remainder is left with the original gray metal. The piece is 5 inches in height, the outside diameter of the upper lip is a tad over 7 inches and the base is just about 5 1/2 inches in diameter.
We have several of these buckets in stock. The rust pattern on each one differs to some degree. The overall style of the bucket stays the same but your piece will probably look a bit different than the item in the photo. Some of these buckets have larger rusty and less galvanized areas, some have more galvanized areas with a bit less rust.
A nice item to display among a primitive collection or to fill with fixins or potpourri or to use as a basis for a crafting or floral project. The tub comes new from JM imports, imported. For decorative use only; not for use with food or beverages.
