Tin metal double planter measures about 9 1/2 inches wide, 5 1/2 inches in overall height (including the handle) and about 4 3/4 inches wide. The planter wells are approximately 3 1/2" deep. The finish on this piece is extremely rusty spattered with black and it has a wooden handle. The planter is new but is manufactured to appear old and highly distressed.
This is a nice piece to display among a primitive collection just as it is but one of the things that crossed my mind when I first saw it was to put a couple of snowmen in the planters for the holidays. It would be a goodie to hold fixins as well. Maybe jar candles surrounded by mini pine and I suppose it could be used as a planter too although I wouldn't place a plant directly in the pot (these things are chemically quick-rusted.) Anyhoo, the list of ideas could go on and on.
