7" long battery operated white plastic candle has a bright LED silicone tipped bulb and a drip-look shaft. Darice suggests that the candle will work for over 300 hours on two 'AA' batteries (batteries are not included.) Great for weddings, parties, holidays and more. Flickering bulb simulates a real burning candle. Tapered base will fit a candle holder of approximately 7/8" diameter. Packaged as shown, one battery operated candle per package.
For more primitive crafting and decorating this candle should grunge up fairly well. There are various recipes out there on the web for grunging battery operated candles and votives and they come out looking really cool. I've done it myself with a mix of Aleene's Fabric Stiffener, water-based stain with a drop of fragrance and kitchen spices mixed all together and painted onto the plastic candle.
