Awesome hanging taper candles from the Hearthside Collection for Colonial and primitive decorating -- these cinnamon scented reddish brown tapers are called *mulberry* and are super bumpy and grubby. They measure about 7 1/2" long in total and the tapered base bottoms are a tad over 3/4" in diameter.
I'm not sure how these particular candles are manufactured but I get the impression that they might be molded and scraped into their unusual shapes rather than dipped -- the wicks aren't waxed so they must be wicked afterward. I guess it doesn't matter much anyhoo, they're very cool items. The grubby hanging tapers come new and packaged as shown.
