9-foot long garland features 10 colorful transparent soft plastic bulbs strung along goldtone braid. The bulbs measure about 4 inches long by 2 inches in diameter. The bulbs don't open or light up or do anything else fancy, they're just plain sealed up plastic but all in all it's a very cute decorative item for the Christmas holiday season, both indoor and out. The garland comes new in package as shown from Darice.
