9' garland features 10 colorful transparent soft plastic bulbs strung along goldtone braid. The bulbs measure about 4" long by 2" in diameter. The bulbs don't open or light up or do anything else fancy, they're just plain sealed up plastic but all in all it's a very cute decorative item for the Christmas holiday season, both indoor and out. The garland comes new in package as shown from Darice.
