This is a fun little item -- a cast iron ladybug hook.
The ladybug is heavy for her size and solid. She measures 6" in height (including the hook), about 3 3/4" at her widest and the hook is approximately 1" in depth. There's a hole at the top for ease in mounting, however, no screw or other hardware is included.
The finish on this piece isn't genuine rust. The ladybug has a coat of brown rustic paint and on top of that she's spattered and highlighted with black paint. These are detailed by hand and the finishes vary slightly from piece to piece so yours may have a slightly different finish than the one in the photo.
It's a nice primitive looking and functional piece. This ladybug is new but it is manufactured to appear very old and used. Ain't it great? :)
