I'd be a big tangled mess without these. I use a lot of floss, not only for cross-stitch or regular embroidery projects, I use shades of red and burgundy for raggedy hair and I also embroider the facial features onto some of my raggedies and dolls.
Each sturdy white plastic bobbin holds a skein of embroidery floss neatly. The bobbins have pre-punched holes for ease in sliding onto a snap ring and slits cut into the sides to hold the beginning and end of the floss. Great for organizing both colors and projects.
The bobbins come new in package as shown from Darice, 25 plastic bobbins per package. (Great to wind crewel wool too!)
(If you really want to get organized, use these to wind your floss and get one of those clear plastic organizer boxes with the adjustable size compartments to keep them in.)
